Dear Mr President,
Dear Secretary Plouffe,

I will not pronounce myself on any of the last “who’s the boss” comments.

Let me just be the bearer of good news on the consolidation of democracy in Iraq. Mr. President, Secretary Plouffe, I have the pleasure to inform you that if there is such a thing as an international community, I am making sure that it “can be led by the only real power left in the world and that is the United States when it suits our interest and when we can get others to go along”, as I had stated it before.
